Final date for cancellation to avoid payment Friday 29th August.
The Autumn Meeting will take the form of a simple golf event.
The first tee off shall be at 11.00am. (Committee members should note that there shall be a committee meeting preceding the golf and commencing at 9.00am). Directions to the club can be found on golfcentral.co.uk.
Bacon Roll and tea/coffee shall be available from 10.00am and the golf shall be followed by a High Tea and presentation of prizes.
In addition to the competition on the day for the Cuaich an Cairdeas Trophy, members are reminded that there are aggreate prizes (with the Spring Meeting) for the Sixty Plus Trophy, the James Brown Driver and the Scratch Medal. Sweepstake prizes and magic 2 competitions shall also be run.
As usual we would expect our Gentleman members to present themselves in jacket and tie and Ladies to be suitably attired.
Members are offered the facility of online banking but we must insist of payment being received before the day of play and members must ensure that enough information is provided with the payment such that the funds can be properly attributed to the member. Members are reminded that it is the policy of the Region that final numbers provided to the host club shall be paid for so no refunds shall be made for withdrawals after that date. Payment may also be made by cheque if preferred. Payment details for Direct Banking can be obtained from the Regional Secretary by telephone. For security reasons we are not putting them up on the internet.
