Notice is hereby given of the 70th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Scottish Region of the Association to be held within the Clubhouse premises of the Bruntsfield Links Golfing Society on Thursday, 20th February, 2014, at 5.30 pm., to deal with the under noted business. A copy of the Accounts for the year to 30th November, 2013, together with a copy of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 21st February, 2013, are enclosed herewith.

The AGM will be followed by the Annual Dinner at 6.30 for 7.00 pm. Guests may be invited to the dinner but not attend the meeting. Reservations for dinner at a charge of £27.50 per person must be notified and accompanied with the relevant payment as soon as possible, but in any event, not later than Monday. 17th February. Members may either intimate their attendance by completing the online form on the regional website or by completing and returning the tear-off form below - cheques should be made payable to: Golf Club Managers’ Association (GCMA) Scottish Region. Payment may also be made on line to the regions bank account. Dress for dinner is lounge suits or blazers for gentlemen. Members who intend inviting guests to attend the dinner are reminded that guests should occupy a position in the administration of golf. It will be helpful if members can provide details (i.e. name/club) of their guests in advance. Please note that following requests from several members the dinner charge no longer includes wine but does include a gratuity for staff.
